The large sized pulse jet bag filter are mainly deal with a large quantity of dusty gases, such as power plant, steel, non-ferrous metal smelting plant, building materials, incinerator, etc. Because of the filter area large and different application, the design and manufacture are quite different with the small dust catcher. LCM type offline long bag pulse filter technology is a kind of big processing air volume, good ash removal effect, high dust removal efficiency, reliable operation, easy maintenance, large dust removal equipment cover an small area. Apply to the dust control and material recycling in the scope of metallurgical industry, building materials industry, chemical industry, boiler flue gas dust removal industry Main technical characteristics (1) The energy consumption and running costs of the large sized pulse jet bag filter are large. In order to reduce the operating costs, the large filter’s operating resistance force is generally lower than the small dust catcher, and the operation is fairly stable. So this large sized pulse jet bag filter need to do simulation test and computer numerical simulation, to distribute the device and reduce electrostatic resistance with a more reasonable airflow. (2) The large bag filter need to do the reasonable structure form and structure calculation, on the one hand, try to reduce the steel consumption, on the other hand, to ensure the safe operation of equipment, avoid the accidents occured. (3)The accessories of the large sized pulse jet bag filter, such as Pulse Valve, Filter bag, ash discharge valve, bin level indicator must be high quality products. Working principle 
Dust remover is mainly composed of upper box, middle box, ash hopper, inlet air both flow tubes, stents, Filter Bag and injection device, discharge device, etc. The dust air put into all the ash hoppers from inlet air both flow tubes of the bag filter ,the big dust is separated by the guide device of ash hopper, then the dust fall into the ash hopper, the small dust flow into the middle box and absorb on the outer surface of the filter bag, the clean air flow into the upper box through the filter bag, and exhaust into the atmosphere by every offline valve and exhaust pipes. While the filter working being, the dust on the filter bag is more and more, when the resistance is up to the limitation value of resistance (usually, 1500 pa ), the ash removal device automatically close the offline valve in the first box by the setting value of pressure difference or deashing time, open the electric Pulse valve, to stop the wind blowing, use the compressed air to inject the filter bag,make the pressure increase, to shake off the dust on the filter bag (even if viscous and slimsy dust also can thoroughly clean out) into the hopper, discharge by ash discharge device. Large Main Structure Characteristics (1) the advanced lift valve with thin plate type, offline three ash removal mechanism, advanced technology, stable work, soot cleaning thoroughly. (2) the reasonable design of inlet air flow and diversion technology of ash hopper solves the general phenomenon of each room airflow uneven by bag Dust Collector effected. (3) special large reserves of gas storage bag of pulse valve can meet the use of high pressure type (G) of gas source , also the low pressure (D) gas source. (4) snap ring of the filter bag is good seal performance, easy and quick to replace the bag when repairing,change bag outside the divice. (5) The bag cage structure design have many types according to the different conditions (selection of octagonal, circular, etc.), manufacturing of the bag cage is strictly requireed , its each index is increased by 50% more or less than the industry standard. The standard length is 6 m, it can be added 1 ~ 2 m, if the space is limited. The floor area is saved by 30%-50%, the weight is reduced by about 40% ,compare with other counter blowing dust and normal bag filter when filter the same air volume. (6) The electromagnetic pulse valve is imported parts, the service life of the vulnerability of diaphragm is more than 1 million time. (7) The dust control can be used advanced program controller, three modes of differential pressure, timing, manual control , achieve the comprehensive control system to the off-line valve, pulse valve, discharge valve, also can do the secondary alarm control to the sensor components such as temperature, material level control, etc if there is demand.

(1) Filter bag material: a. In general conditions, temperature < 120 degree , use the polyester fiber needle felt of 450~ 500 g /m2. b. In the flammable and explosive occasions, please indicate the antistatic polyester fiber needle felt filter material. c. When the temperature is of 130 ~ 250 degree: please indicate to use filter material resistant to high temperature of Nomex needled felt or Ryton, according to the selected conditions. When ordering, please indicate above or consult with us. (2) Control mothods: a. soot cleaning controller. It is opened timely to the offline and electromagnetic pulse valve by soot cleaning controller according to set program. b. the control cabinet. The matched programmable device control the offline valve, electromagnetic pulse valve, discharge mechanism and the relevant filter, sensor components to clean the dust with the differential pressure or timing, hand operaton. And monitor the pressure and temperature etc.
